A social group bike ride through the Somerset Levels on 23rd July
Join Sustrans volunteers and Bridgwater Area Cycling Campaign for a social summer bike ride through the beautiful Somerset Levels.
Meet outside Morrisons, Bridgwater at 10.00. We will return by 15.00 at the latest.
The ride will be 27 miles including stretches through the Polden hills using quiet country lanes and traffic-free paths.
Though you should feel confident riding on roads, this is a good chance to Level Up and take a longer ride if you are used to slightly shorter ones. There will be an easy-going pace and a long stop for refreshments.
This ride is suitable for competent riders aged 15 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
It is suitable for electric bikes but please bring your charger.
