This small 36 house development is currently in ‘outline’ planning application and has major cycle corridors approaching it and also running along side the River Parrett trail. BACC have raised major concerns about this development (see application 37/22/00007) particularly with respect to unsafe access & egress to the site and have inputted planning comments accordingly.
The main issues are; site access and egress, Squibbers Way access and links, safe access to houses for both pedestrians & cyclists, extremely poor quality transport technical note and the re-design the Somerset Bridge road system.
